1 Year Poem

It has been one amazing year of marriage! To think we are now in Riviera Maya, Mexico celebrating it blows my mind. We will be sure to share photos when we return, but until then…here is a poem I wrote for my lovely wife April!
Being married to you for a full year,
Has made me start to like beer.
I kid about the beer because we all know,
With you being a teacher the wine overflows!
I am so proud of you finishing a full year of teaching middle school,
You deserve a summer all by the pool.
We have experienced a lot these past 365 days that is fo sho,
And maybe a little too many episodes of Keeping up with the Kardashians for Joe.
I am looking forward to the next year without a doubt,
As our life together is just getting started so watch out!
