The Aardvark Toast

This past weekend April and JoJo went to Livingston (April’s hometown) for her step-dad’s (Ralph) birthday party. Saturday evening began with dinner and margaritas at Pueblo Viejo (April’s favorite!), followed by drinks with friends at Polk County’s finest establishment – Buster McNutty’s. On Sunday, Ralph and Deb hosted a barbeque birthday bash with close friends and family. Before the sun went down and the dance-off started (a Haynes/Jenke family tradition), April’s Uncle Blue gave a toast to the newly engaged couple, determined to somehow incorporate his favorite word – “aardvark” – into the speech…
